About Us
Pat Engle and Jason Sedlak co-founded OneSourceGear in
2005. The two football coaches put their heads together and tried to make their
hat business different from all of the other manufacturers. What developed has
become the industries "easiest" and "most user friendly" hat program. They
applied some of the basics that they taught to their football players to their
business model. First and foremost is the desire to "keep it simple".
Pat is the married father of three. His wife is a
pediatrician and his three children range in age from 18-14. Pat's background
is in education, as he was a teacher for 12 years and has been a football coach

How We Do What We Do?
OneSourceGear tries to keep things as simple as possible.
Pat and Jason are the principals of the business. They have three overseas
factories that they work with on a daily basis. They employ one person in
accounting. Aside from a beautiful office overlooking the Eagle River, there is
virtually no overhead. Low overhead equates to very low pricing and that
savings is passed onto you.
What is New in 2008?
Pat and Jason felt that OneSourceGear was missing many of
the lower stitch count hats and is offering the (2 Hit Program) in 2008.
The 2 Hit Programs allow reps to sell the SILVER - GOLD programs with
only two embroidery locations at a greater savings to customers.
The Road Grader program was announced in 2007 and to be
quite honest, was not taken advantage of. The Road Grader program allows a rep
to sell the traditional "promotional hat" to the customer that is conscious of
the cost of the caps. These caps are made with light weight material and
include a Velcro closure and 1 logo location up to 10,000 stitches. This is
explained in detail later in the catalog.
We are also proud to offer all of our programs in
quantities as low as 144 pieces and we are proud to offer EXPRESS & SONIC
shipping.
